I was disappointed with my recent experience. The selection felt overwhelming, and many items were out of stock. Despite the claims of high customer satisfaction, my sunglasses arrived damaged and I struggled to get a prompt response from customer service. The promise of easy returns was misleading; the process was more complicated than expected. While I appreciate the charitable angle, the quality and service left much to be desired. I won't be returning to this site anytime soon.
