CoreService's customer service fell short of expectations. While they claim to offer extensive support, responses were slow, resulting in frustration. Their parts availability was misleading, and delivery took longer than anticipated, leaving me disappointed with the overall experience.

CoreService’s aftersales support is frustratingly inadequate. Despite the promise of a 7-day helpline, responses were slow and unhelpful. Additionally, the lengthy delivery times for spare parts made an already convoluted service feel even more unreliable. Not recommended.
