I was disappointed with my experience using Consolidated Communications. Their internet service was unreliable, frequently disconnecting and leading to frustrating interruptions. Customer support was often unhelpful and slow to respond. Additionally, the streaming TV options felt limited compared to other providers, and pricing was unclear with constant changes. The website was cluttered and difficult to navigate, making it hard to find the information I needed. Overall, I expected better service and transparency, but I was left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.
