I had a disappointing experience with Goldcar. While they promise affordable prices, the actual costs were much higher due to hidden fees. The app was confusing and not user-friendly, making booking frustrating. Customer service was unhelpful when I raised my concerns. I expected hassle-free car hire, but instead, I faced unnecessary stress during my trip. Wouldn't recommend.
