I had high hopes for Simplii Financial, but my experience has been disappointing. The mobile app is clunky and often crashes, making transactions frustrating. Despite the promise of no fees, unexpected charges have cropped up, undermining their claims. Customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond. Overall, I'm left feeling dissatisfied and regretful for choosing them for my banking needs.
