I was disappointed with my experience at the University of Exeter. While the marketing highlights impressive rankings and research, the reality doesn't match. The support for postgraduate students feels lacking, leaving many feeling isolated. The promised community engagement often feels superficial, and the green initiatives seem more like a PR stunt than genuine action. Additionally, while the teaching quality is touted, my personal experience with certain faculty was uninspiring. Overall, Exeter feels more focused on reputation than on providing a true educational experience.
