I had high hopes for Unifon as a mobile provider, but I’ve been seriously disappointed. Their service has been unreliable, with frequent call drops and slow internet speeds, contrary to their claims of high-quality connectivity. The app for managing subscriptions is clunky and often crashes. Customer service is hit or miss; I received vague responses that didn’t solve my issues. I expected better for the price I’m paying. I regret choosing them over more established competitors.
