I had high hopes for Estes based on their promises, but I was thoroughly disappointed. The so-called "exceptional" service was riddled with delays, and my shipments frequently arrived damaged. Communication was lacking, and getting answers felt like pulling teeth. The tracking system was unreliable, leaving me in the dark about my freight's status. For a company that touts efficiency, their execution is far from it. I can't recommend them based on my experience.
