I had high hopes for NRS Healthcare given their claims of a comprehensive, user-centered approach, but my experience has been disappointing. The service felt incredibly impersonal, with little attention to my specific needs. Communication was often lacking, leaving me frustrated and waiting longer than necessary for equipment. Despite their large presence in the UK, it seems they struggle to deliver the quality of service they promise. I expected better for my independence and comfort.
